I opened the file you sent me with XYZ Firmware Converter and put in my serial number. I saved the Atmel dump from that program and uploaded that with BOSSA.

Is that the correct process or did I miss something that related to the serial number?

I have attempted to upgrade the firmware with tools on these forums but they are failing. The XYZ software also says no updates are available.
When I look at the firmware version, it says D.E.7, which appears to be some type of DEMO firmware. I contacted the company and they said that wasn't their firmware, so they couldn't offer any ideas other than that I'd have to buy a new board.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I could get an official firmware loaded onto the device or change it over to one of the other options?
