Brittleness is the result of the PLA pellets not being dry enough prior to extrusion.

I have already read this post, but it's old and I would have thought that with the new version of filastruder some methods would have changed.

I was successful with a low temperature, but the filament is too brittle. I will see with another nozzle.

You may need to drill out your melt filter nozzle, they are supplied at 1.6mm bore size due to die swell. Some plumerias more die swell than others, and it is easier to make a small hole larger than vice versa...

I would like to know if someone succeeded in extracting PLA vertically. And if yes, how did you beat gravity and collapse under its own weight ?

Otherwise, I'll have to redo everything to put it horizontally.
