And regarding the PID controller what could you tell me? Apparently all cables are connected correctly because I have been using it for 2 weeks without problem and now it doesn´t turn on.

Sounds an awful lot like you never configured your stall protection board correctly.

If configured correctly, the motor cannot generate enough torque to damage itself or the barrel.

Sounds like you didn't let it heat soak long enough to begin with. When it froze you probably destroyed something in the gear box. And when you reassembled it you did not wire it correctly

I was working with the machine for 2 weeks without problems, but as surely many have happened, it is a machine full of details.
The tube that wrapped the worm screw bent with the use of two weeks, I had to send to do another. Anyway, the problem is that I had to disconnect some cables to be able to remove the tube and when I reassembled it, the motor started making a sound and the PID controller did not turn on anymore. Does anyone have or have I had a similar problem? What I can do?

Estuve trabajando con la máquina 2 semanas sin problemas, pero como seguramente a muchos les ha ocurrido, es una máquina llena de detalles. El tubo que envolvía el tornillo sinfin se dobló con el uso de dos semanas, tuve que enviarlo para hacer otro. De todos modos, el problema es que tuve que desconectar algunos cables para poder quitar el tubo y cuando lo volví a armar, el motor comenzó a emitir un sonido y el controlador PID ya no encendió. Alguien tiene o tuvo algún problema similar? qué puedo hacer?
