Same thing just happened to me and I was able to replace with the one spare that came with the MiniW. But I ordered some spares.

I have a new issue with my "da Vinci mini w"

I cleaned my extruder, with the "Cleaning Brush" & the "Feeding Path Cleaning Wire". After that I want to reload the Filament. The Filament comes through the Filament feeder outside the Printer. But as soon as it should be pressed through the extruder nothing happens. The Printhead is extremely hot, but the Feeder presses so hard that the Guide Tube comes out of the Extruder Module.

I manually pressed the Blank Ring of the "Feeding Tube Grip X1" back, bur this doesn't help?

Any Hint?
