No matter what setting i use, it won't generate a support, raft , or brim. I make sure I click them and I get nothing. Then when I click information on the generated g-code it says that all supports and stuff was turned off even though I knew I had it checked

the way i sorted it was to uninstall all xyz software.
install the makersuite
install xyzprint - dont update it..
open xyzprint and mess about with a print, add your custom settings etc and save them,  close xyzprint and then update it to recent.
open xyzprint and it should be sorted
