I bought a spool for their Color-Inkjet PLA 3D printer instead of PLA Jr.

That's is kindof dumb on my part, but it's not quite clear on the B&H Photo website, unless you read all the item description. I've just read the main title...

So it's quite restrictive for the filament choices that I can use for this printer. I'll try the Tag hack because XYZprinting product are not always available.

Everything else seems to work just fine. I have check and reconnect the extruders cables restart everything a few time, nothing happen with the extruder heat?
Any idea how to fix that?
Should I get it warrantied or just put it back in the box for a refund?
If it's parts related, are the replacement parts any better???
