I am using cura and according to Ultimaker Cura will adjust everything when to the print core diameter.
but they said with the larger nozzle you loose detail

2. travel speed is just that, travel, not printing. so that would have zero affect on prints

3. Yes, you would have to create a totally new profile to fit the parameters of the larger nozzle. it "might" change a couple of things simply by changing the nozzle size, but i highly doubt it would change everything that would need changing

Ultimaker makes a .6mm and .8mm print Core

1. will the nozzle stay hot enough or do you have to slow down the extrusion speed.

2. do I have to slow down the travel speed

3. will I have to set up a total new profile in Cura or will it change all the parameters
    when I change the Nozzle size.
