There will be some variation of ideal printing temperature between different filaments. If the extrusion temperature is not high enough, the new layers will not fuse very well with the bulk material as it is printing. Thus, the part will more easily delaminate. However, I wouldn't recommend going much higher than 200 since it is hard to guess exactly what temperature the hotend is actually at. I think 205 is probably OK to try out. (Maybe someone else can confirm this).

Here are some pictures of two black parts that I can break easily and a white part that is normal. The white part I made after the black ones.
Does anyone know the best way to get moisture out of filament? I've heard that there have been problems with black filament.

It's definitely the black filament, because the part I printed with my white filament is strong and won't split apart. Also, I have already taken the size of the filament into consideration, I measure it before I put it in. I'm not sure how well pics would help. The parts look fine, they are just really brittle.

post pics plz. Delamination is a common issue. Sounds like you have filament that is different diameter, if you haven't tried it yet you can use calipers to measure the diameter and input that results in the slicer as normal

I'm using 3 perimeters, I built an enclosure, I leveled the bed and fully calibrated my printer. I still need to do a more thorough run with a dial indicator though. I don't have any issues with the prints not sticking to the bed anymore since I started using a glass bed.
I'm thinking there might be moisture in my filament? Occasionally I hear a popping sound while it extrudes. I'm doing a print now with my white. I'll let you guys know tomorrow when I have time to upload some pics and test some prints with the different filament to see if the problem lies there.

Using the filament that came with my SD3, I printed several pieces that are very strong and won't break even if you really try to split them apart. After that ran out, I switched to my black filament that I purchased from the solidoodle website. Now I'm having trouble with printed parts breaking really easily. It's like the layers aren't sticking to each other enough. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this? I have the extruder set to 195-200. The prints come out nicely, but they are way too weak.
