This is what makes the curve different.  On a stock XYZ hotend and a RAMPS conversion the the hotend works as expected.

The stock thermistor in the XYZ 1.0, 2.0, and aio are all the same common 100k thermistor that you can buy 5 for 5 bucks on ebay.

The bed thermistor is a different story. It is a special custom made one just for XYZ.
