Does anyone have a Cura profile or Cura settings to use with a Repetier flashed Da Vinci 2.0a?

Just so you know machine profiles are machine specific as every machine is different. Another profile will get you in the ball park but you are still going to need to do some tweaking to dial in your machine. It would be best to start with a generic profile and then dial it in for your machine. This gives you a better understanding of your machine as well as Cura.
