I actually know the group I was talking about and they are very knowledgable on this one machine. That is why I suggested them. There are some common issues with this machine as well as the fact a batch was made with totally different controller and firmware that is also presenting problems.

You may have issues with FB groups but I can attest from personal experience that the Anycubic group for FDM is not bad especially now that I joined it and the sister SLA group is not bad either they know the machines.

Sounds like a bad motor or driver. If still in warranty get an exchange. Also there are groups on facebook just for this printer. They might offer more help.
