Thanks Carl for the idea. I was really hoping it could be something that simple but it doesn't look like that's the issue. I set up 2 fans to blow on the plate as it printed and had it print 2 at the same time to give it a chance to cool in between layers. To my eye it looks pretty much the same. The 2 on top of each other were printed simultaneously and the one on the right was the previously printed one. Any other ideas?

You need better cooling of the part. Or you need to print several parts so the previous layer can cool slightly before the next layer is added. You part is staying too soft when the next layer is added it is deforming it.

I realize that most posts here are for 1.0 or Jr models but I'm hoping someone can help a newcomer out with an issue with my mini.

I've seen other posts on here and other forums but I'm not sure if my issue is quite the same. My printer seems to do fine printing circles larger than 1" diameter, but smaller than that and they seem to always come out as ovals. Obviously this makes printing any small parts/details a challenge. I tried to go ahead and increase the tension on my x and y axis belts but they seemed pretty darn tight to me already and it didn't seem to make any change. Is there a software setting or something that I may need to address?

Any advice would be much appreciated. Here is a photo sample of the issue .
