Hi.
I have a problem with my zcorp Z450.
There is an error, "40800:Head Check Failed" on the LED screen.
Also, I had another problem which the Z450 would freeze when I connected the LAN cable.
I have searched someone who has a similar problem, and I found this URL.
https://www.3dhubs.com/talk/t/zprinter- … oting/8512
I found out that the CMOS battery in the motherboard went out, and the BIOS settings were Initialized.
Then, I was lucky that I have found this URL, which I have solved the problem of the LAN cable by reset the BIOS info.
https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/ZPrinter+6 … ent/111585

Although, the problem with the print head, HP11 still makes an error, 40800.
I have cleaned the pins of the Pogo and the service station. Also, changed the HP11 ink head.
I am thinking that maybe the BIOS settings are still wrong, or maybe I should do something else when the CMOS battery have been changed.
Is there anybody who have experienced the same problem?

PS
One more additional information is that I have tried several times to Initialize the new HP11 head, and continue to press, "Change print head". Then, it Initialized once and continue to purge the print head. although, soon there was a new error, "1007:Head Current Too high" and then showed another error, "1010:Invalid Head Temperature".
I think I have just damage the new HP11.
