On SLA machine you should arrange the print so you have no surface that are perpendicular to the print platform. You want everything to be angled so the resin runs off and the smallest surface area possible is created on the FLP to cut down on suction. In other words you should use supports and print that at a 20 to 30 degree angle from the bed or LCD.

I have a Monoprice Duplicator 7 (which is the same as the Wanhou Duplicator 7 or D7) running on NanoDLP, and using mostly the AnyCubic clear resin.

Does anyone have any trick for avoiding the resin building up in spaces and corners where that space is facing up during the printing, and the resin doesn't have a chance to drain out before being hardened by the next layers?

Here's a couple of photos of what I mean (the model is the AmeraLabs SLA printer test model printed at 25 microns on a Monoprice Duplicator 7 with AnyCubic clear resin):
