Keep in mind that thingivers is simply a repository for 3d files.

It is not particularly curated . the files do not go through any quality checks
there is no requirement for functionality or printability.
Some of the more responsible contributors will make better quality  files and actually print them before loading.

thingiverse does have a useful feature called "Makes". It shows a count of how many people have printed the model and their uploaded photo of their print. This is quite useful to see how printable the model is.

There is also "Remixes" which shows other models derived from this one. Sometimes some kind soul who had trouble printing the model has uploaded a fixed version of the model as a remix. Perhaps there is a remix of this model.

Or... you could attempt to "fix" the existing file by making the walls just a little thicker. there are free programs that you could do this with, such as Meshmixer or Blender.
My personal preference would be Blender, but I am pretty well versed in using it to modify stl files, lol

i could do that. i have Sketchup pro, which i have heard can do this, but i also have mesh mixer. the STl has alot of thin walls haha.

Personally unless the artist has a printed sample or I see other makes posted of the item I will usually avoid it as the artist probably created it without knowing what was needed to make it work.

the only reason S3D is "working" for this model is because of the built in 'fudge factor' of the program. it was meant to deal with bad models like this in a relatively pleasing manner, as well as sort out other issues that the end user is either to lazy, or can't be bothered to learn how to correct properly.

I am printing it vertical. In prusa slicer 2.0, when i try at any layer height, it creates these seams along the fuselage of the aircraft, on both sides. When it prints, the pieces are not connected, the print head just skips that half mm section. I have tried in S3d and its fine. But i want to get it to work in prusa slicer. thanks

FWIW: I always print in steps of 0.04mm. I have tried for this stl 0.2,0.24......0.36 and the seams still happen
