You know based on their own webstie this machine is only made for the following filaments. PLA / PETG / Tough PLA / Antibacterial PLA / *Premium Metallic PLA / *XYZ Carbon Fiber (*Optional Extruder). As stated some even require an alternate extruder. The issue is the machine does not have proper cooling on the heat brake and so the heat builds up over time on long prints and begins to creep up into the feed pipe. This causes the flexible filament to swell and this is causing the jams as it will no longer fit into the feed tube of the hotend. PLA will also do this but at a slower rate.

XYZ list the compatible filaments for their machines because they use none standard formulas in their filaments that have lower temps than third party stuff. Unless you can alter the firmware and change to the extruder to an after market as well you are pretty much stuck with PLA, PETG, and ABS on this machine if you want reasonably issue free printing.

Hey, there. I have this machine for a long time. I usually use this for short prints because it clogs for no reason at long prints( I use Ender 3 for this). The problem is the machine just clogs at the same spot or for no reason. It says "filament jam" even though filament is extruding and no jam. I used default filament that comes with the printer itself and the same result. And with my own PLA, it is the same. Gears are clear as I clear them regularly. The nozzle and extruder are clean (as I clean regularly).
