Are you using the latest XYZware version 2.1.34.1?

1. Switch on printer
2. Open XYZware
3. 'Import' (blue picture Arrow down) your .stl file - model is Black with White box around it
4. 'Print' (blue picture Extruder Nozzle) - print dialogue window opens
5. In window - 'to Print' shows your pinter as 'da Vinci 1.1 Plus'
6. 'Print' (orange picture 3d Printer and word 'Print')
... XYZware Object Slicing ...
... Slicing Complete ...
model is Blue, new dialogue window opens

Blue 'Preview'
Grey 'Save'

Green 'Print'

Hello,

already 4 day i tray to print something with this printer. I try different Software, I Try different files, like *.gcode, *.3w, but nothings works. I become only a massage "This model is not supported to this printer or file is of incorrect format". This massage I become also if I use the software from XYZPrinting- I have no idea what I have to do. Can somebody help me?
