Why does it need to ?
I purposly adjust collar position to prevent it from going all the way through.

I was able sand the inner edge of barrel, now Auger is able to go through it.

But Auger is not going through other Barrel

Hello,

I ordered 2 Filastruder kits and received my package yesterday. When checking everything, I tried to insert the Auger in to the Barrel. In one barrel, auger is not going all the way inside, it only goes 1-2 cm. In other kit, Auger goes inside but it doesn't stick out the barrel at all. Assembly manual says,

If more than 10 mm or less than 2 mm of the feed screw sticks out, contact support.

What should I do?
Tried interchanging augers, same result.
