Did you unplug and plug them in while the power was on? If I remember right the hotend fan does not run unless the hotend is hot as it is designed to cool the heat break.

this has happened to both the back fan and the hotend fan.

i unplugged the back fan and put in a new one, and when i did it would barley move i had to push it to get going, i put the old one back and now it doesnt work, the exact same thing has just happened with the fan on the hotend

any ideas as to whats up with it
