			<description><![CDATA[<p>Just a shot in the dark but have you reached in to verify the heat bed is getting warm at all?&nbsp; At 90 C you don&#039;t want to directly touch it, but you can hold your hand near it to feel for the heat.</p><p>Otherwise try the usual things:<br />- clean the bed with alcohol<br />- re-calibrate yet again<br />- hairspray, glue stick, abs slurry, etc<br />- use a brim<br />- play with the first layer height, going a little lower or higher may help. This one is critical on my miniMaker since I don&#039;t have a heat bed.<br />- watch and make sure something is not knocking the print off on accident.</p>]]></description>

			<title><![CDATA[Broken heatbed?]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hello,</p><p>I am new to this forum, and I hope that your can help me out with this problem.</p><p>Basic information:<br />- Da Vinci 1.0 pro <br />- 3rd party ABS<br />- XYZprint V1.2.6</p><p>My prints won&#039;t stick to my printbed anymore. Yes I use Kapton and glue and I tried with and without the glass bed.<br />I have calibrated automaticly and by hand and I have unclogged the nozzle completely by taking it apart.</p><p>I have noticed that heating up the printbed takes longer every time. Now even 5 - 10 min.<br />But it will reach the 90&#039; eventualy.&nbsp; </p><p>Who can help me out with this one?</p><p>Steffen.</p>]]></description>
