Is it possible that sometimes you are pulling the sd card before the file has finished writing and it's getting corrupted?

Most operating systems have an eject or similar command for external media. Using this function should warn you if it is still writing data to the card. If you are just pulling the card from the computer when it seems to finish copying, this could be your problem.

Hello again,

Can I make you one question?
When I slice a STL, it makes procedure perfect, so I copy to the USB and go to the printer.

But the issue is that when I try to select the file in the touch screen, 50% of times says "Unknow file format".
Do you know why i am facing this? I need to do the *.photon file 2-3 times, till generate correctly and open in the printer.

It seems like a random bug or something, you faced this? And how to solve it? Is getting me crazy, is like a lottery.

Regards!

Yes, I have a Photon.
Superb printer for small items such as mini figures, the level of detail is phenomenal. Prints come out like injection molded straight off the platform.
Levelling is easier than FDM but needs to be spot on to avoid failed prints.
Takes a bit of time to learn how to orientate prints correctly and supports are a bit more tricky.
The correct term for this type of printer is DLP as it uses LCD masking instead of a laser.
Have a look at the Facebook group for more info.
