I am going to go ahead and post the model here that I whipped up in case any one else might need it. The one Yizhou posted will probably work but this should be an exact copy minus the small divot on the long side.

I would imagine a competent machinist could knock you up some in aluminium in next to no time from a section of 6mm thick bar, its just a matter of hole sizes and placement

I'll make up a model tomorrow. Bed time now. Pm me your email so I can send you the STL once done and thanks. Or I will just add it to this thread if others may need the part.

Tried printing on my cube which still needs to be jail broken and found both cartridges jammed.

Need Help! What is it?

The part pictured goes at the end of each of my Y axis rods. It is used to level them and hold them in place. Since I am doing an over haul and noticed they have some where from being over tightened at some point I wanted to replace them. I have no clue what they are called are what to look for or even if they are sold anywhere. Any help would be appreciated. I would like to have them made of something other than wood if possible. Thought about printing but the only printer I have that could print this and not have it crack would be my 3DS Cube and it really is not that good. Also very loud.
