It should move from the home position and then begin the print one corner or perimeter of the print then move inward.

Are you saying yours starts at the home and tries to use home as the center and simply grinds for moves that would move past home?

issue: when I load a model to print it does not move to the center of the build plate but starts in the auto home position, lower left corner. Went to Machine/machine position 0,0,0 and unchecked it but it still doesn't print in center, is there some place else to change it?
