True but most of your converted printers can only do wood or thin aluminum and results in nothing more than a sign maker most of the time.

It is no longer a printer and should  not be qualified as such. Also they can only remove material from one axis at a time so it requires you to remove and reposition the material to work on a different side and that too requires you to position it exactly so that the work on one side will line up with the other.

To me it would be a better and more precise deal to buy an actual multi-axis milling machine.

Seems to me you want the most out of the least and you just can get it. That's not how things work.
