I have the upgraded extruder parts and the Tubing holder. and they still broke.

The bowden tube ID is too small, will increase resistance for filament feeding. The ID is only slightly bigger than you filament, will be good for bowden setup after extruder motor, not good for direct drive before extruder motor.

There is many extruder upper arm that have stronger PTFE tubing holder.

You really don't need the tubing unless you are using the spool holders on the back machine. To me it looks like the tubing movement is being restricted most likely by your cover not allowing enough movement. I would make small holes in the top of the cover and feed filament from over head without the tubes.

The part where the PTFE tubing slides into the extruder is breaking this is my 3rd set in a year
I have also had a lot of trouble with the tubing coming out of the top of the extruder.
I am wondering if i can adapt this to it. and if they would work.

Here id the fitting I want to adapt.
