and make sure the profile you just save is the same  on you have selected in the slicer.

Getting it to respond to additional g-code functions was an issue I had and one of the reasons I swapped out the controller.

It seemed to only want to follow the default settings regardless of my additions.

You need to either lubricate you hotend fan, or replace it with more powerful one, or open the top lid of your enclosure if you have one. Lower nozzle temperature sometimes helps.

The heat cramp sometimes result in partial clogged throat or nozzle or PTEF tube. That will be something looks like the problems below the roof. But if you don't take care of the cooling issue, this partial clog will repeatedly happen no matter how many times you clean the throat and nozzle and make you want to spend lots of money buy an authentic E3D. But what you really need is a better fan or track down the real cause of the heat build up in hotend sink.

IDK why, its set to print a brim but it never does, something seems to be wrong with the software, it used to print a brim everytime but now its straight in there and no reason for it.

AND!!! it stopped where it did, ignored finishing the rest of the roof..!

Again, no rhyme or reason, even the software said it had completed.

Some elements appear to have started printing in mid air and as such, didn't print properly...

So my lad, eventually stepped in to using Sketchup on a windows PC and hes dome a few things and I am printing one item off now that I had to resize by shrinking.

Now the problems that are evident is that the item despite being shrunk and a faster print time, the supporting walls are practically wafer thin despite demanding a minimum wall thickness of 1.2mm.

Any idea on what is going on?
