Google installing Unsigned drivers. It can be done..

Not a win10 user but have plenty of Rumba experience. If it’s in the wrong the board won’t show up unless 12v Power is supplied.  In the USB position it receives power from the USB.  Some systems simply don’t provide enough power to run the Rumba.  I’ve had others that will be recognized with USB power only after an initial start using external power.
Just tossing around ideas for you.
