You can glue the broken one together and print a replacement if this is indeed the case. The consequence of this problem is very similar as loose pulleys/or belts.

It happened to my on my Da Vinci mini. After a lot time spent troubleshooting I realized that the extruder module wasn't locked in place. White button sticking out from the side instead of the top. You might want to check that.

No printer in good working condition shouldn't behave like that.

Here is a list of things to look for.

IMHO your "NICE used"  Davinci ether has loose pulleys/or belts on the on the effected axis or the motor wires are worn out connections loose. .  .



And yes not a new issue there are at lesat a half dozen threads on this forum with folks with similar issues.
