It is a run off the mill Chinese stepper 1.8 deg step angle and 59 Ncm of torque.
No experience with this particular product.
the titan is geared . I assume a bowden drive setup  ?
You will need to fabricate a spacer plate mm thick to make the gears line up.
If you can believe the specs it is overkill for an extruder motor.
