SD4

I've been using this unit as a workhorse and it is great...BUT

Lately it started to just stop heating on the bed through a print. I replaced the bed from another SD4 machine to see if the pad just stopped working.

The replacement unit heated, but then flaked out part way through print.

While in the print, I manually turned off the bead heat and turned back on after a few seconds...nothing

So I turned off bed heat for ~2 minutes....then it heated up.

Appears to hold heat, but WHAT THE HECK COULD THIS BE?
