			<description><![CDATA[<p>While following the assembly instructions I noticed the auger bit fit at the end of the barrel was extremely tight, but could spin with some force. After completion of assembly, I followed the operating instructions bringing the unit up to temp (165 °C for 4043D PLA) allowing for 10 minutes to stabilize. When starting the motor, I noticed it would only spin for ~ 15-20 seconds before the barrel started to turn prompting me to stop the motor and let the system heat some more. 3 attempts later the PLA started to extrude, and then the barrel twisted 90+° and the stall protection board kicked in. </p><p>Upon disassembly and inspection, I noted that the auger bit has actually bit into the end of the barrel and pulled itself &gt;1/2&quot; forward almost exhausting the travel afforded by the hex socket on the gear box.</p><p>Tech support!!!&nbsp; <img src="https://www.soliforum.com/img/smilies/smile.png" width="15" height="15" alt="smile" /></p>]]></description>
