What do you mean by "pass"? I use about 2 years 24/7 and it is the first such problem at me. Whether there can be a problem in electronics, for example - the transistor in PWM?

For the unclear reasons from time to time thread of plastic falls below the lower sensor, at this time the engine on the coil begins to rotate (1-2 seconds), and then sharply stops and is not twisted any more and thread begins to fall on a floor. Up to this point there can pass the random amount of time after the beginning of extrusion. If during this error to lift thread again and to pass below a sensor the engine starts over again rotating to the following such fail. what could cause this problem?
