Err, English is complicated. I assume the XYZ Update on Printer means firmware. How did everyone automatically get it actually means XYZware on computer?


XYZ software aka printer host has a habit of back ground updates and you don't know it is done until you start it the next time and find out it did update. The most recent update seems to have been worse than better.

English is even tougher when the other person may not be conveying exactly what they mean as well.

And I don't think there are written guides for Downgrade the firmware. Since pro lines support 3rd party filament and have less user due to the price, the effort on hack the system is less motivated, I think.
