My diameter ranges from US .068 - .062. If I run at .062 I can print without issue but anything bigger jams.

Not to pick here but the majority of us due to the fact that most printers and software work in metric try to keep things metric for sake of understanding. That way everyone is on the same page. Very few if any of us even in the US use imperial measurements for anything related to printing. It just makes things easier when designing and even when discussing.

Also usually in the case of a printer nozzle the 1.75 is the center size of the throat. It can vary some in the plus or minus range. But you should never go smaller than 1.72 and never larger than 1.78. If you are jamming at less than this then you have an obstruction in your hot end most likely.

In regards to nozzle jamming, what is the tolerance at which you are extruding? In other words, if you measure the diameter many times across a length of filament, what is the maximum result, minimum result, and the average of all results?
