That way everyone is on the same page. Very few if any of us even in the US use imperial measurements for anything related to printing. It just makes things easier when designing and even when discussing.</p><p>Also usually in the case of a printer nozzle the 1.75 is the center size of the throat. It can vary some in the plus or minus range. But you should never go smaller than 1.72 and never larger than 1.78. If you are jamming at less than this then you have an obstruction in your hot end most likely.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>What diameter do most of you use when extruding 1.75 filament? I have noticed if I extrude right at 1.75 or a couple thousands smaller I get a lot of nozzle jams and my prints fail. I backed down the diameter to 1.62 and changed my slicer settings and it seems to work without jams. Just wondered if others have this same issue and how it was corrected.</p><p>Thanks</p>]]></description>
