Thank you carl_m1968 and yizhou.he. My second try with blue tape (the one I used to protect the bed) works!!. The Z axis stops.
Now I must to improve the solution (I will look for the broken piece into the machine)
Best Regards

Thank you very much. Very good explication. My first try with electrical tape had been unsuccessful, the tape wrinkle when the bed rise up. I think, how did you tell me, that there are other problems (maybe a loose plug...)
I wil unmount and try.

Buy one of these to replace your endstop if it is indeed broken. Take close look at your z-axis endstop and pick one that you are confident that you can install. The z-axis endstop is hiding behind the small white board on top middle of your picture. It is a black switch connected with two or three yellow wire in your machine.

https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_c … PS0ZX82LDJ
                                                                                              | |
                                                                                               V

However, before you order new endstop, do some test to find out the problem is on the endstop, not that broken plastic can not triger the endstop.
1. turn off the machine.
2. lower the bed manually by turning the z-axis rod/motor manually.
3. home z-axis while tiger the z-axis endstop by hand, if press the z-axis endstop stop the homing process, your endstop is fine, but the bed can not touch the endstop and triger it. possiblly due to the broken plastics.

If the endstop is bad, order an new one. Buy one of these to replace your endstop if it is indeed broken. Take close look at your z-axis endstop and pick one that you are confident that you can install.

https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_c … PS0ZX82LDJ

If it is the broken plastic cause unable to triger the z-axis endstop, tape or glue the broken piece back and see if it trigger the z-endstop now. if not, tape or glue some additional piece of wood or plastic so that it will trigger the z-endstop. Then measure the size and print a shape that can mount on the bed and help it trigger the endstop.

Your loosing wire harness in the middle of the picture is likely the cause of the problem, zip-tie it to the top of the machine so that it don't randomly block anything. Print out a cable chain to prevent this from happening again.

https://www.thingiverse.com/make:285433

In your picture the first thing you will need to fix is the black section that is broken. Use electrical tape or something but that edge that is broken actually slides up into the Z sensor. That white piece above the broken section in your picture with the yellow wires houses the z sensor. That black piece has to be flush at the top in order to stop the Z axis at the right time.

If that got broken then check to make sure that white housing is mounted correctly and not loose. The black section should slid up into the center of the sensor which has a slot in the middle to accommodate that section of the black piece. Move the bed by hand if you need to by turning the Z screw by hand. As for the sensor in the lid. It is the same type of sensor that is in the white housing.

If you open the top lid and look in the channel that the li fits in on the right and left you will see the sensor in the right channel. It will have three wires of the same color running to it. XYZ likes to use the same color wires for each of the three connections on their sensors if you can't find that one then you can use the X sensor which is in the right end housing of the X axis again with three of the same color wires connected to it.

I no longer have a 1.0 but maybe somebody here that has one can take some pictures to help you if you still need help.

You can swap the sensor that is in the lid, back right channel lid fits in with the z sensor to confirm if it is wiring or sensor. Could be as simple as a loose plug.

Hello, yesterday during calibration process my printer made a strange sound. The bed doesn't stop when it is raising and hit the top of the bridge, everytime I test it I must switch off the printer before the bed glass breaks. It is like the Z sensor does not work.
Now it has the black plastic broken.
If you have any suggestion what can I do?
