Hi

Thanks for that. There are no mods, it’s fresh out the box. Possibly a cable has shifted when it be been loading filament etc. It does seem to return to home properly on the right hand side (extruder 1 position), so a cable snagging as it’s moving across the other side sounds likely.

How do I unlock the axes to try and troubleshoot this?

A

Your x-axis or y-axis can not reach home position, something is blocking it's way, may be a cable or whatever mod you have done, unlock the axises and try to manually move your hotend/carriage and see what prevent it from reach home position.

Hi
Just got this brand new. I'm having an issue with the left-side extruder scraper thingy. When the print head moves across to scrape at whatever stage of the process it never reaches all the way back, making a noise as if the cogs are slipping and then when it moves to the back left to scrape the print head it misses as it's not for enough back. I've calibrated to to 100 to attempt to resolve some issues with inconsistent prints, but I wonder if this may be partly related to prints slipping etc.
Any ideas?
Also very open to any other model-specific advice from fellow owners...
TIA!
