today i felt like going crazy with my printer and had to experience a total fail right from the beginning big_smile

as i connect my printrboard rev e to a laptop or another pc the error code "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) A request for the USB device descriptor failed." popped up in the device manager.

circumstances at follows:

win10

printrboard functionality (green led is on, fan runs, restart button works) - check

simple solutions didnt work:

reboot win, tried to reinstall device drivers manually, update usb driver itself

reflashing the board isnt possible since windows doesnt recognize the board (with and without boot jumper)

i have no idea what to do, i had connecting difficulties with my old laptop too but last time it worked out somehow.

any thoughts?
