I spent long time try to take out the Styrofoam box holding print bed without break it. after I break it and take it out, i realize i may solve the problem by raise the hotend.

Support wanted me to ship it back to China, but no... Turns out there is a tiny piece of gray plastic holding the z-axis in place and it's NOT mentioned in the setup guide. Removing this solved the problem and it just prints without a hitch every time big_smile

XYZPrinting support is slow and a google search turns up very little.

I suppose I can check if it's connected and the sensor work, if I just knew where to find the damn thing?

Anyone experienced something similar?
