The OP knows this as he requested a replacement as well as a couple of washers.

The problem raised with the alignment of auger bit is not going straight into the motor socket. This occurs due to aluminum chassis auger hole is not in the straight position to the motor socket, it deviates  from the exact position.

I would like to request a replacement for that. Also, two 1/4" washers are missing.
