Lubricating the Y axis rollers under the bed seems to have solved the problem. I removed the 3 rollers and lubricated the spindles of each of them. Only one of them seemed to have any factory original lubricant and when I removed the bed and the belt I could see a small slick of it under the roller. Regreased and replaced and my squeak went away.

Lithium grease? Silicone? Stupid question but how would you lubricate the belt rollers (esp. the ones on the Y axis under the bed which I think are likely the problem). I loosened the belt and removed the front idler roller but couldn't feel/see any evidence of lubrication on that one.

BTW, DO NOT use a petroleum based lubricant.

Recently removed bed and Y carriage cover under the bed to look to see if the squeak was coming from there and to ensure no accumulated dust etc was clogging anything. Replaced and re-levelled bed but squeak remains.

I can move the X and Y carriages without any squeak.

I've levelled the bed N/S and E/W and adjusted the z-offset but the squeal persists.It doesn't SEEM to affect the print.

Today I was printing a cylinder and noticed that the squeal happens exactly during the semicircle on the left hand side of the bed but not the semicircle on the right.

Anyone have any clue as to what might be causing it? The .3w and .stl for the (hollow) cylinder I was printing are attached. Placed dead center of the bed.
