Although  I Guess  one could try mixing powdered plastic with color powder.

I expect powder is harder more expensive to produce and would not flow as well,

I was just wondering if there is a market out there for polymers that come in powder form.  I know that most people simply use pellets, but I didn't know if powder was something people were using or needed.
