To use as a bowden you would have to use a regular titan cover attache the titan to the motor and then figure out how to mount the heat sink on the gantry.
for bowden I would think a regular e3d cylinder heat sink and small fan hot end would serve you better.

I would think so you may want to ask the folks at E3D
And yes I have the upgrade kits one aero is installed on the new kit build.

I own many printers, but as an avid SD2 user, this seems worth the investment especially when using a Volcano.
