I have adjusted the bed by that method, everything was fine with the red Abs that came with the machine, but once I loaded the white it seemed as though as the print head crossed the support structure it was dragging and picking it up, the part I am printing has a very small contact area so supports are necessary, plus I was trying to print at 0.1mm steps so only a very thin coating of filament on the first pass. I think maybe a good cleaning of the nozzle might be in order.

Adjust your bed using the manual method that is stickied in the XYZ section here. Then never use a raft again. The sole purpos for a raft is to compensate for bed alignment.

I have just got my Da vinci 1.0 Aio, some objects seem to prefer to have rafts when printing, the problem I have is that the machine produces quite a solid raft and it seems pretty firmly attached to the object I am printing. Is there an easy way to make the object easier to separate from the raft, is it just a case of moving the object vertically by 0.5mm or 1mm so it builds supports between the raft and the object?
Thanks
