Unless you can find someone who has one left over from a conversion you are out of luck. You might try ebay or Aliexpress.

The chips come with the refill kits they sell in some places. That comes with a spool and the chip that you put in an empty cart. There is no place to buy the chips alone unless somebody has near empty carts they have saved. After all an empty cart will do you no good as the chip has been tagged by the XYZ server.
