The Raspberry Pi doesn't have WebGL drivers capable of rendering the dense point clouds.  The recent versions of the ATLAS 3D software include a software renderer where you can view the scan data from fixed locations so that the Raspberry Pi can still be used as a stand-alone scanning system without the need for a computer/phone.
