Did you ever solve your problem? I'm having the same issue with my DaVinci Jr. 1.0w printer. I've used the setup instructions in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uEog0CzEFaY

The XYZWare indicates that it's scanning, and the printer also displays a message indicating that it's scanning for my router, but it appears to just time out and return to the printer setup screen without asking if I want to connect to the network.

Make sure the channel bandwidth on your router is set to 20MHz and not 40MHz.

Just got a da Vinci mini, but having problem setting up the wifi connection.
Using the xyz software It can see my wifi router but when I click start wireless connection
It just seems to timeout.
I use virgin super hub. Have tried different channel
Setting it to wpa only. Restarting the hub. Clicking the button on the hub to sync.
None seem to make any difference.
Any thoughts
