But, even in auto there is no center to program, in auto the center button just move the arm relative to the knob.

I have tried to program the Filawinder as per Ian's Utube video and am having problems.

As soon as I turn the potentiometer the spool turns on. I can still program the left and right button and arm span but I can not get the center button to program to the center.

I have tested all the button with multimeter and found no wiring faults, changed out the circuit boards with new ones, tested all the buttons on other terminals of the circuit board (the only one not working is the centre button). I have not tried to do the firmware because i dont have the expertise and i have changed the potentiometer out

Is there something basic I am missing? I just cant seem to get bast the first setup stage to program my filawinder.
