There are none that do this. The slicer requires your modifications as temp and speed must be changed with each and every spool of filament you load on the printer. The closest you can get now is to have a printer that can print from an SD card. Save all your good G code files to the SD card. Load it in the printer and call them up in the printer menu and press run when you have one selected.

I am looking to reprint stored .stl files (I know they work without modification because I have printed them before)

I have a small program that lists all my stored .stl files and I have a print button. I would like my program upon pushing the print button call up the slicer in the background (no interaction with me)and have the free / opensource slicer print the item then close without ever requiring any interaction from me and not even popping up visable (obviously working invisible in background)

What software will do that? Also if I create a new original object I would like to have the .stl file automatically saved to a specific directory without me having to manually do it. Why because I have forgot to save the last version of a project and had to go back to a intermediate version and modify it again. If it automatically saves a .stl file each time I print I will never forget. (I need a program that is less failable than me.) Maybe my little program can listen when the slicer is printing and send the slicer a request to save the file? Tono de llamada iphone 12

Any way what free/open source software would allow me to achieve the goals?

If you knoe of more than one program please tell me several of them.
