(G0 Znnn), where &quot;n.nn&quot; is the thickness.</p></li><li><p>See if your object just fits under the nozzle.</p></li><li><p>If not, see what height is required so your object just fits. Play with G0 commands until you find it.</p></li><li><p>The difference between the thickness and the height is your error.</p></li><li><p>If bed is too high, lower the z offset by your error. Else increase.</p></li><li><p>repeat as needed</p></li></ul><p>I use a dull box cutter blade for the flat non-melty thing.<br />If you have a lot of backlash (slop) in you z axis, fix that first. Gently push down on the bed after each move to get consistent measure.</p><p>[edit]<br />&quot;M851&quot; will readback the current z offset. Save this number before experimenting.<br />&quot;M851 Zn.nn&quot; will set the offset (replace &quot;n.nn&quot; with your modified number)<br />&quot;M500&quot; will save the value into nonvolatile memory. (saves a bunch of settings) </p><p>Warning: hot, sharp, motorized appliance, etc. Not for the other use.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>The pausing function was a function of SoliPrint and not the hardware. There is also a bug in SoliPrint that rarely would show up that would cause the GCode being sent from SoliPrint to stop sending until you clicked on a button/checkbox/etc...</p><p>Edit: You could cut the wire, but it is fairly easy to unplug it from the mother board in the bottom of the machine.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I am using soliprint. But im pretty sure it was doing that under other software.&nbsp; I was one of the very last people to get a replacement printer from solidoodle and its a cobbled together mess of an RMA printer at best. The button seems like an interesting idea.&nbsp; I was under the impression that that was on the hardware side.&nbsp; Would It be better just to cut that wire?&nbsp; I am using usb to computer to run.&nbsp; Is there something that works better?<br />Zach</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Are you using SoliPrint? The button on the Press is known to click its self during printing sending the pause command to SoliPrint. </p><p>I&#039;d suggest you switch over to Repetier Host or Cura.</p>]]></description>
