I bought pretty much the same one, but without the filament monitor, from amazon.ca, received it in 4 days, the HICTOP company was actually very good, but just had that 12-24 hour delay because they are other side of the world, and do not work weekends, but they did fix my problems, had to send me a few missing/damaged items, but received them very quickly. Print quality is very good, we have a makerbot at work and I find this to be better quality of print. At least with PLA, have not been successful with ABS yet.

If they are like most of the Chinese companies their support on kits are limited due to the fact that you assembled it and they cannot be responsible for it because of that. That is their usual loophole. Now if you buy their fully assemble unit for much more cash then of course you will get their full humble and gracious support.

Other than that looks like a good deal.

Also just to note by offline they mean from SDcard. If you choose to print from a host on a PC, you will need to keep the PC on and connected till it is done.

They also claim it can do PC but with a hot end temp max of only 270 it is not hot enough. PC usually requires over 300.

But as I said for the money it is a good deal and always room to upgrade. Looks like a solid platform for improvement.
